Venue rental & décor packages.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to NOVA 178. The cancellation date will be determined by the date NOVA 178 receives the written cancellation request.

The $200 booking deposit is non-refundable.

Refund percentages apply only to eligible rental payments actually received, excluding the non-refundable booking deposit and separately refundable fees.

Décor: Décor is non-refundable. Décor packages, customized decorations, personalized materials and special orders are non-refundable once booked. Services already performed may have separate cancellation terms.

Refundable cleaning fee: The separate $150 refundable cleaning fee will be returned if the customer cancels and never uses the venue, provided no applicable charges are owed. This fee remains separate from the non-refundable booking deposit and rental payments.

Rescheduling: Customers are permitted one approved event-date change with at least 14 calendar days' written notice before the original event date. Date changes are subject to availability and NOVA 178 management approval. Requests made with fewer than 14 days' notice may be denied or considered at management's discretion. Any applicable rescheduling fee must be disclosed to and accepted by the customer before the change is confirmed. A second date change requires a new booking deposit unless NOVA 178 agrees otherwise in writing.

Emergencies: Personal emergencies, illness, family emergencies, transportation difficulties, or changes in personal circumstances do not automatically qualify a customer for a refund outside the cancellation policy. NOVA 178 may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion, subject to applicable law.
